To start this quest, you must obtain a Parchment from a nomad, you can either buy these or loot one yourself. Once you have it go to Arito, he is the barman of the tavern in Ankrahmun, you can find him here

You can find him behind his bar up the stairs in the post office

Talk with him like this:

Chatlog You: Hi
Arito: Be mourned, pilgrim in flesh.
You: Death list

Now, take a scimitar and a vial of water, and go to the Nomad hideout to the north of ankrahmun

Take the stairs on the west side of the room and follow the way, there are Carrion Worms, Scorpions and Rotworms in this passage, Next times you can use this passage so you wont have to use another scimitar and vial of water to get in here.

Now, go back to Arito and tell him he has been Acquitted:
